Affärsvärlden has issued a neutral recommendation for the property development company Titania, according to an analysis published on Tuesday.

The stock is currently trading at nearly a 60 percent discount to its net asset value.

"However, the risk level is a bit too high and the business somewhat too complex for us to venture a buy recommendation. We will continue to monitor the company's progress, but for now, we maintain a neutral outlook on the stock," the publication concluded.
