R.C.CORE CO.,LTD. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the Planning, development and design of natural housing models. The Company operates through three business segments. The Direct Sale segment is involved in the construction business such as log house based mainly on Bigfoot Essential Slowlife Spirit (BESS) Square, BESS Tama and BESS Fujisawa, as well as the brokerage and sale of real estate, the sale and operation of villa timeshare, the maintenance and renovation of building and other housing-related businesses. The Sale segment is involved in the BESS's franchise headquarters business which mainly sells material packages for log houses and other.
