Halcyon Agri Corporation Limited Announces Completion of the Redemption of the USD 200,000,000 3.80% Guaranteed Subordinated Perpetual Securities Issued by Halcyon Agri Corporation Limited Guaranteed by Sinochem International Corporation

Halcyon Agri Corporation Limited had issued the Securities which are constituted by the Trust Deed dated November 18, 2020 entered into between the Issuer, the Guarantor and DB International Trust (Singapore) Limited as trustee. Reference was made to the announcement dated October 17, 2025 setting out the notice by the Issuer, in accordance with Condition 5(b) of the Securities, to the holders of the Securities, that the Issuer shall redeem all of the Securities on November 18, 2025 at their principal amount, together with Distribution accrued to the Redemption Date. The Issuer announced that as at November 18, 2025, all of the Securities have been redeemed; and the redeemed Securities will be cancelled and delisted from the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
