Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, "Idemitsu") hereby announces that it has revised its consolidated earnings forecasts for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026 (April 1, 2025-March 31, 2026), previously announced on May 13, 2025, in light of recent operating performance and other factors, as follows:

Reasons for the Revisions in Earnings Forecasts
In line with robust domestic margin in Petroleum segment and so on, we expect operating income of 68 billion yen, an increase of 31 billion yen from the previous forecast. As a result, forecasted net income attributable to owners of the parent has been revised upward by 25 billion yen from the previous forecast to 75 billion yen.
