South Africa's two main coalition partners are holding talks this weekend after Treasury abandoned a divisive plan to raise taxes. Democratic Alliance Leader John Steenhuisen, the second-biggest party in the administration, challenged the tax plan in court, sparking a fight with the larger ANC.
