The board of directors of AInnovation Technology Group Co. Ltd. announced that the Company entered into a cooperation agreement with KUKA Robotics (Shanghai) Co. Ltd. (Ku Qia Ji Qi Ren (Shang Hai)You Xian Gong Si) ("KUKA Robotics") recently.
Pursuant to the Cooperation Agreement, this cooperation will leverage on KUKA Robotics' advantages in industrial robots and intelligent automation solution fields, and AInnovation's industrial experience in terms of artificial intelligence empowering industrial manufacturing and advanced industrial large model technology. Both parties will carry out integration and innovation around AInnovation's AInnoGC industrial large model, jointly develop a new generation of intelligent industrial robot systems driven by industrial large models and robotic arms suitable for professional fields, and promote the implementation of benchmarking projects. Both parties will also cooperate in market expansion, technical exchanges, channel complementarity, brand activities and other aspects.
