Baticim Bati Anadolu Cimento Sanayii AS is a Turkey-based company engaged in the production and marketing of cement, ready-mixed concrete, aggregate and clinker. The Company has a clinker production capacity of 1,400,000 tons per year and a cement production capacity of 1,800,000 tons per year. It offers such product categories, as cement, comprising different types of Portland cement, Portland composite cement; concrete, comprising standard and special concrete, and aggregates. In addition, the Company offers logistic services, such as marine cargo handling and harbor operations management. The Company’s subsidiaries include Batisoke Soke Cimento Sanayii T.A.S., Yapsan Insaat Malzeme ve Maddeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and Ash Plus Yapi Malzemeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. In August, 2014, the Company sold its 63.97% stake in Tezlidere Elektrik Uretim AS.
