Mercialys announced the acquisition of the Saint-Genis 2 shopping centre in Lyon for EUR 146 million (USD 169.2 million), including transfer taxes. The investment was aligned with Mercialys? strategy to strengthen its presence in the most dynamic regions of the country.

The company said in the press statement that the acquired asset offers an immediate yield significantly above its investment criteria and presents substantial medium-term value creation potential.
