Cumica Corp, formerly Riberesute Corp, is a Japan-based company engaged in real estate business. The Company operates through four segments. The development segment develops and sells condominiums and business hotels. The construction segment constructs custom-built homes and formwork carpentry work. The real estate sales segment sells general real estate. The other segment provides brokerage and management of rental housing, as well as brokerage of real estate sales and purchases.
