Diot-Siaci announced the appointment of Nancy Haye as director of culture and internal communications. Reporting to Sylvie Rolland, the group's human resources director, she will be responsible for steering the employer communications strategy, strengthening the company's culture and overseeing internal communications. She succeeds Marie Sirand-Pugnet.

IT Link gets back to growth in the second quarter
The consulting and engineering company specializing in connected systems returned to growth in the second quarter of 2026, after hitting a low point at the start of the year. The group posted revenue of 20.86m, up 2% year on year and 2.2% at constant exchange rates. Its utilization rate also rebounded to 92.4%, from 89.9% in the first quarter.

European markets hesitate, the CAC 40 keeps setting records
European stock markets ended this third session of the week on a mixed note, while Wall Street was moving higher, supported by hopes of a de-escalation of tensions in the Middle East. In Paris, the CAC 40, after posting a double all-time record yesterday (at 8,669.69 points intraday and 8,666.63 points at the close), edged up 0.03% to 8,669 points, while also setting an intraday all-time high in the morning at 8,693.89 points. The Dax slipped 0.21% while the Footsie 100 gained 0.17%.

TF1 moving toward a plan to sell Studio TF1
The Bouygues group subsidiary (+0.91%) is said to be considering selling its studios division, according to Reuters, to refocus its resources on streaming. The process is still at a very early stage, with an indicated valuation of around 400m.

2CRSi steps up in post-quantum cybersecurity and extends its stock market rebound
