Through its subsidiaries, the Company is primarily engaged in property development and construction. Its major business is organized into four segments: Property development & investment, construction and other services rendered; Manufacturing and trading; Hotel and leisure-related services, and Plantation. Its Property segment is involved in the construction and development of residential, commercial and industrial properties, while other services rendered include the provision of corporate advisory and administrative services. Its Manufacturing and trading segment includes the manufacturing and trading of automotive parts and related products. Its Hotel and leisure-related services segment provides hospitality services, food and beverages. Its Plantation segment involves the plantation of oil palm and tropical fruits.
