Jason Frooshani

Mr. Frooshani specializes in transaction origination and execution within the renewable energy sector, having a track record that includes over a gigawatt of solar and wind transactions closed.
Prior to joining Excelsior Energy Capital, Mr. Frooshani was the Vice President of Project Finance and M&A at Summit Ridge Energy where he led the company’s M&A efforts, and managed several joint venture and tax equity fund closings.
Mr. Frooshani began his career SunEdison where he held roles in Project Engineering, Strategic Accounts and Corporate Development before ultimately leading the Distributed Generation business’ asset disposition efforts.
Mr. Frooshani holds a BS of Mechanical Engineering from The University of Maryland.
