DPS Resources Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company's primary activity is the manufacturing of rubber wood furniture, designed to various styles and appliances to serve different target markets. In addition to manufacturing as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for various foreign brands, the Company also manufactures under its own SSB and DPS trademarks. It operates through four segments: property development and construction (property development), furniture manufacturing and trading (furniture), rental of building with comprehensive services, and investment holding. The Company, through its subsidiaries, DPS Energy Sdn Bhd and DPS Sunview Sdn Bhd., carries on the business of green energy and provides engineering works services. The Company's subsidiaries include Shantawood Sdn Bhd, Shantawood Property Management Sdn Bhd, Summer Starhill Sdn Bhd, and Biotrend Asia Sdn Bhd. Shantawood Property Management Sdn Bhd operates as a real estate agent.
