Green Oasis Environmental, Inc. Stock

Green Oasis Environmental Inc. was organized initially to acquire distribution rights to various products within the environmental industry. In February 1992, Green Oasis acquired from Waste Energy, Inc. (Waste Energy) the rights to distribute, throughout much of the United States, as well as Australia and New Zealand, products that were intended to process waste crankcase oil and trash into a fuel that would power a diesel generator to produce electricity. Green Oasis developed marketing material for this system and established a sales network of some 30 independent contractors to represent the products in the acquired markets. In August 1992, without ever having produced a functioning product, Waste Energy filed a bankruptcy petition under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, a proceeding that was converted to Chapter 7 in December 1992. In December 2009, the Company acquired Custom Carbon Processing Inc.
