The Company manages domestic and international train services, including high-speed connections via Thalys, Eurostar, and TGV. It serves as the national railway operator, organizing and marketing passenger rail services across Belgium. It is also responsible for the maintenance and refurbishment of trains and the management of stations. It operates as one of three core entities within the Belgian railway system, alongside Infrabel (infrastructure manager) and HR Rail (statutory employer for railway personnel).
