The Company is engaged in a range of food-related businesses, including the manufacture and distribution of branded consumer foods, production of hogs and poultry, manufacture of animal feeds and veterinary products, flour milling, and sugar milling and refining. Its segments include Branded Consumer Foods (BCF), Animal Nutrition and Health (ANH), and Commodities. The BCF segment manufactures, distributes, sells and markets a mix of food and beverage products. The Company’s ANH division focuses on animal nutrition through its core animal feeds business, its pet food portfolio, and its drugs and disinfectants segments. The Commodities segment operates through three divisions: SURE, which consists of sugar, distillery, and cogeneration; Flour, which engages in flour milling and pasta manufacturing, and Others, which include packaging and farms.
