The Company has interests in holding companies, industrial lot sales and development, warehouse and cold storage leasing, and commercial leasing. The Company's subsidiaries include Laguna Technopark, Inc. (LTI); ALogis Artico, Inc. (AAI); Unity Realty & Development Corporation (URDC); Orion Land, Inc. (OLI); and Tutuban Properties, Inc. (TPI). LTI develops industrial parks, leases ready-built factory units, and sells industrial lots to local and company locators. AAI manages cold storage facilities with sites located in Binan, Laguna, and Mandaue, Cebu, and operates standard factory buildings located in Santo Tomas, Batangas. URDC owns a property in Pampanga being developed into Pampanga Technopark, an industrial township that caters to light and medium, non-polluting enterprises from both global and local markets.
