Black is the founder of On-Target Supplies & Logistics Ltd., which was founded in 1982.
He held the title of President & Chief Executive Officer at the company starting in 2009.
Currently, Mr. Black is the Director at the Dallas Institute of Humanities, a Member of the Dallas Citizens Council, and a Trustee at Baylor Scott & White Holdings.
In the past, Mr. Black served as the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of PrimeSource Corp.
He also held the position of Chairman at the Dallas Housing Authority (Texas), the Dallas Regional Chamber of Commerce, Baylor Scott & White Health, and the Baylor Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center.
Additionally, he was a Director at Baylor Health Care System (Texas) and Physicians Realty LP.
Mr. Black was a Member-Regents Board at Baylor University and Texas Southern University, and a Trustee at St. Louis University and the Diabetes Health & Wellness Institute.
He also served as an Independent Trustee at Physicians Realty Trust.
Mr. Black received his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Dallas and an MBA from SMU-Cox School of Business.
