In addition to Wingate, Mr. Connors was CEO of Century Products, a Wingate I portfolio company.
Under his leadership, Century increased EBITDA by $18 million, achieving a 9x cash-on-cash return and a 33% IRR.
He has also served as interim management at Kevco and as a board member for PPX.
Prior to his Wingate roles, he was Group Vice President of a $300 million division of Masco and was a McKinsey & Company consultant.
Mr. Connors holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yale and an MBA from Wharton.
