In addition to his role with CTAN, Mr. Adams is also a member of the Central Texas Regional Center for Innovation and Commercialization selection committee for the Texas Emerging Technology Fund.
Concurrently he mentors start-ups for the Worlds Best Technologies conferences, the Development Capital Network NSF / SBIR program, and others.
He began his career with IBM, and then became the CEO for Sign Builders of Texas, Executive Director for Electronic Billboard Technologies, and CEO of the technology start-ups Benerus Technologies and Sigma Imaging.
He is also an active real estate investor, having done real estate deals in Austin for many years.
Mr. Adams has engineering and business degrees from MIT and The University of Texas.
