Mr. Sole currently serves on the Board of Directors of Ecobat Technologies and Relativity Media and has previously served as a Board Member of Owens Corning, Schuff International, Inc. and several private specialty finance companies.
He graduated cum laude with an A.B. in Public Policy from Princeton University's School of Public and International Affairs.
Mr. Sole earned a J.D.
from the Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
