He served as the President & Chief Scientific Officer at Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical Research Institute from 2002 to 2002 and as the President of the Pharmaceutical Research Institute from 1997 to 2002.
Dr. Ringrose obtained his undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate degrees from the University of Cambridge.
