David Bell is Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance and Administration for Maranti Networks, Inc. Prior to joining Maranti, he was Head of Finance and Administration for 3ware, Inc., iReady Corp., Mattson Technology, and Aspen Semiconductor.
Mr. Bell was an International Controller of Verifone and Plant Controller of AMD.
He has over 20 years of financial and administrative management experience at public and pre-public high-tech companies.
Mr. Bell received an MBA in Finance from the University of Santa Clara and a BS degree in Mathematics from the University of California.
