Mr. Ropp was previously employed as President & Chief Executive Officer by Dover Industrial Products, Inc., President & Chief Executive Officer by Dover Resources, Inc., General Manager by Schlage Lock Co., and President by Mapi, Inc.
Mr. Ropp received his BS, mechanical engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from Xavier University.
