Prior to joining CNA in 2001, Mr. Lewis was senior vice president, U.S.
Field Operations at the St. Paul Companies.
He spent nine years at St. Paul/USFG where he held the positions of regional president, Northeast Region; senior vice president, Personal Lines; and president, Small Commercial.
He was with CIGNA in various marketing, underwriting and management positions for 17 years.
He began his insurance career at Aetna Life and Casualty as a marine & fire underwriter.
He serves as a board member of BoardSource, Metropolitan Family Services, YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, and Children´s Home & Aid Society.
He is a graduate of Berea College (Kentucky).
