Mr. Kramer was born and raised in Colorado.
He graduated from the University of Colorado - Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1992 and earned a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked in public accounting for Ernst & Young, as a consultant for Arthur Andersens Corporate Finance practice, and most recently as a project finance analyst and finance manager for independent power producer, Calpine Corporation.
