Prior to joining Updata, Mr. Beck was an investment banking analyst in the Industrial Growth Corporate Finance group at Wachovia Securities.
He has experience executing sell-side and private placement transactions as well as raising over $1.1 billion in various forms of debt financings.
His industry experience at Wachovia included forest products & packaging, and metals & mining.
Prior to joining Wachovia, he served as a 401(k) specialist at Paychex Inc. He previously interned at Merrill Lynch and American Express.
Mr. Beck graduated with high honors from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance.
