Malpass is a Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Grafton Street Partners Management Co. LLC.

He is also a former member of the Board of Superintendence of the Institute for the Works of Religion in Vatican City, commonly referred to as the Vatican Bank.
He received a B.S.
in Biological Sciences from the University of Notre Dame in 1984 and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 1986.
