Sheri Nemeth

Sheri joined Brentwood in 2017 as an Operating Partner and previously worked with Allen Edmonds, Array Marketing and other Brentwood companies to improve operating efficiencies.
Sheri utilizes her extensive operational, supply chain and distribution experience to evaluate new investments and assist portfolio companies with operational related projects and management systems.
Prior to joining Brentwood, Sheri spent 20 years working with GE and Danaher in a wide variety of businesses and roles, including Corporate Director Danaher Business System, leading operational teams focused on rapid integration of new acquisitions and Corporate Director, developing a global sourcing system leveraging $4B of spend.
She started a consulting company, Catalyst, in 2001 assisting companies in a wide variety of industries to achieve significant, sustainable operational performance improvements.
In addition to consulting, Catalyst also developed Strategy Deployment software that supports aligned strategy execution.
Clients included Discount Tire, Yakima, Leatherman, Gunderson, Maytag, Manitowoc, Pentair, Crane and Donaldson.
Sheri sold Catalyst to TBM in 2008.
Sheri’s educational background includes an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University and a B.S.
from Illinois State University.
She also trained in Japan with Shingijutsu, founders of the Toyota Production System.
