Pierce is Platform Controller at Pacific Coast Capital Partners LLC.
Prior to joining PCCP in February 2004, he was a Senior Analyst at Arden Realty, Inc. where his duties included analyzing market conditions, analyzing portfolio performance, peer group analysis and investor relations.
Prior to joining Arden, Mr. Pierce was assistant controller at Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., where he was responsible for the operational accounting function.
Prior to this position, he served as a Senior Auditor in Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal working with clients in the real estate industry in the public and private section.
Mr. Pierce received his B.S.
in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge in 1995.
