The time between a software vulnerability being found and then exploited by a bad actor is shrinking says Tobias Adrian, Financial Counsellor and Director of the Monetary and Capital Markets Department at the International Monetary Fund. This poses a real threat to financial stability, says Adrian. He spoke to Bloomberg's Francine Lacqua on the sidelines of the ECB Forum on Central Banking in Sintra on 'The Pulse'.
