The Company provides services to oil and gas industry, such as the transportation of supplies, equipment, and personnel to offshore platforms. Its segments include Offshore support vessels and services, and Subsea services and Offshore Installation and Construction (OIC). The Offshore support vessels and services segment is engaged in the provision of vessels for charter hire, assisting seismic operators in seismic survey related activities, transportation of crew and supplies, towing and mooring of rigs offshore, anchor-handling services and other support, repair and maintenance services for the oil and gas industry. The Subsea services and OIC segment is engaged in the provision of offshore facilities construction and installation services such as marine construction related services, sub-sea engineering services and offshore pipeline construction related services, and operating remotely operated vehicles.
