Consorcio Aristos SAB de CV is a Mexico-based holding company primarily engaged in the real estate sector. The Company’s main activities include the development, leasing and sale of residential, commercial and industrial properties, such as hotels and restaurants. In addition, the Company is involved in the provision of consultancy services intended for the development of architectural projects, as well as in the manufacturing and installation of steel products. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Inmobiliaria Abandanes SA de CV, Pet de Frontera SA de CV, Torres, Estructuras y Postes de Puebla SA de CV (TEPSA), Alfa Proveedores y Contratistas SA de CV, Hotel Aristos Zacatecas SA de CV and Inmobiliaria Abandanes SA de CV.
