The Company is engaged in development, production and acquisition activities primarily in the Rocky Mountains region of the United States where it is focused on developing its resource play in the Williston Basin of North Dakota and Montana. The Company focusing its capital programs on drilling and workover opportunities. The Company operates through one operating segment, which is the exploration and production of crude oil, natural gas liquid (NGLs) and natural gas. The Company primarily includes non-core oil and gas properties located in Arkansas, Colorado, Mississippi, New Mexico, Texas and Wyoming. It interests in approximately 4,720 gross productive wells on approximately 844,700 gross developed acres across its geographical areas. It principally sells its oil and gas production to end users, marketers and other purchasers, which has access to nearby pipeline or rail takeaway.
