David M. Roberts

Prior to joining FG II, Mr. Roberts was the President of Focus Advisors, Inc., a strategic and financial advisory firm which conducted investment research, and advised and invested in insurance, healthcare, and financial services companies.
From 1986 through 1992, he was a securities analyst and portfolio manager for Pacific Equity Management, a California based hedge fund with more than $300 million under management.
Mr. Roberts has founded a number of private companies including Caliber Collision Centers, the world's largest collision repair provider, which during his tenure as Chairman has grown to more than $175 million in sales.
He has served as COO of a public company and director of other public and private companies for the past 20 years.
Mr. Roberts holds a JD degree from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, and BA from Duke University.
