Mr. Frazier also formerly worked at Cimarex Energy Co., as Chief Executive Officer, Keystone Petroleum NM LLC, as President & Chief Executive Officer, Hess Corp., as Petroleum Engineer, Edisto Resources Corp., as Executive Vice President-Exploration & Production from 1983 to 1993, Magnum Hunter Resources, Inc., as Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President from 2003 to 2009, Gruy Petroleum Management Co., as President & Chief Operating Officer from 1994 to 2007, Magnum Hunter Production, Inc., as President & Chief Operating Officer, Enron Oil & Gas Co., as Principal, Dallas Producers Club, as President, and HNG Oil Co., as Petroleum Engineer.
Mr. Frazier received his undergraduate degree in 1970 from The University of Tulsa.
