The Company's passive interest in VRB is a hard asset that evolved from its earlier vanadium exploration and development projects. VRB Energy is a manufacturer of vanadium flow batteries with a factory in Tongzhou (Beijing), China. Its Pense Property is located in Pense Township, Ontario. The claims are located near the Quebec provincial border, approximately 25 kilometers (km) east of Englehart, Ontario, in the Larder Lake Mining Division. Its Sir Harry Oakes Gold Property comprises two mining claims and three mining leases in the Matachewan Gold Area and has a 50% interest in 16 additional mining claims.
