It operates in one business segment, the exploration and evaluation of mineral properties. The Company focuses on the exploration and development of the copper-gold Tepal Project, which is located in approximately 70 kilometers west of Apatzigan and approximately 170 kilometers south of Guadalajara, Mexico. The Tepal Project is comprised of more than four concessions totaling approximately 1,400 hectares, that is approximately 130 square kilometers. The Company has subsidiaries in the United States, Peru and Mexico.
