NTS ASA is a Norway-based aquaculture company. Its purpose is to produce and sell salmon as well as to provide services to the aquaculture industry, such as well-boat services. The Company's activities are divided into five business areas: Farming Norway, Farming Iceland, Well-Boat, Service Boat and Sea Transport. The Farming Norway and the Farming Iceland business areas produce farmed salmon and control the production process from hatchery to slaughterhouse. The Well-Boat business area owns 12 vessels and offers bareboat charter services. The Service Boat area provides services in the form of installation of moorings as well as maintenance and inspection after the installation. The Sea Transport business area is responsible for transporting mainly frozen cargo to the Baltic countries and Poland. The Company operates through numerous subsidiaries such as Midt-Norsk Havbruk AS, Froy Rederi AS, and NCE AS.
